Richard is an attorney with Koch, Garg, Walker & Smart, joining the firm’s Stamford office in 2024.  Richard is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, business, and law. With over 25 years of experience in public school teaching and administration, Richard leverages his experience and skills as an attorney with the firm.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University, and a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University.

Throughout his career, Richard has been dedicated to advocating for students and ensuring their academic, social, and emotional well-being, a commitment that he now brings to his legal work.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Richard enjoys spending quality time with his family, being with his dogs, and hiking.
